Responsibilities

  • Support reception and mailroom operations daily.
  • Assist in facilities and property management tasks.
  • Handle office admin like records and schedules.
  • Monitor security controls for site safety.
  • Process payments and collect vendor quotes.
  • Manage contracts for janitorial, security, and engineering.
  • Coordinate small office fit-out projects.
  • Produce detailed monthly facilities reports.
  • Onboard vendors and ensure compliance.
  • Track maintenance and equipment needs.
  • Resolve minor issues from fit-out projects.
  • Liaise with teams for smooth operations.

Requirements
