You’ll handle invoicing, bill payments, payroll, expense claims, monthly closing, audit prep, tax filing support, and build proper bookkeeping systems from the ground up. Administrative Assistant – Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle accounting (AR/AP/payroll).
  • Issue invoices and chase payments.
  • Work 40 hrs/week in Hsinchu office.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Support annual audit and tax filing.
  • Build proper bookkeeping system if needed.
  • Control department budgets.
  • Process expense claims fast.
  • Keep all records audit-ready.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, business or related.

Experience

7–10 years hands-on accounting (start-up experience preferred).

Qualifications
