Job Title
Special Assistant to CEO / Founder’s Office (Strategic, Not Admin)
Responsibilities
- Sit in every high-level meeting (strategy, investment, partnerships)
- Distill insights, track action items, chase execution across the org
- Own strategic projects end-to-end (market research, competitor deep-dives, new initiatives)
- Coordinate funding docs, cap tables, legal, compliance
- Manage founder calendars, travel, expenses (the easy part)
- Be the glue that keeps a rocket ship from shaking apart
Requirements
Education
Top-tier degree from Singapore/local/overseas uni (any field – STEM, biz, law, humanities all welcome)
Experience
0–4 years – fresh grads with exceptional horsepower encouraged
Qualifications
- Native-level Mandarin + fluent English (deal with China + global stakeholders)
- Singapore citizen / PR / existing work rights
- Driving licence a plus
Skills
