Core Technician – HVAC Assembly & Test
Responsibilities
- Assemble HVAC components (compressors, coils, fans, controls).
- Perform leak tests, brazing, electrical wiring.
- Calibrate & troubleshoot systems to spec.
- Run quality checks & document results.
- Support production line efficiency.
- Follow safety & 6S standards.
Requirements
Education
Vocational diploma or associate’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Experience
2–4 years in manufacturing or HVAC assembly/testing.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in Taiwan.
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
Skills
- Hands-on brazing & wiring.
- Use test equipment (multimeters, leak detectors).
- Strong attention to detail.
