Chemical Laboratory Technician – Fab Analytical Lab
Responsibilities
- Run daily samples on ICP-MS, ICP-OES, IC, titration, particle counters.
- Prepare standards & reagents, perform VPD, digestion, dilution.
- Monitor & sustain lab instruments (PM, calibration).
- Log results in LIMS, flag OOS, escalate issues.
- Support ISO 17025 & EHS audits.
- 6S & stock management of chemicals/consumables.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Applied Chemistry or related.
Experience
1–3 years in analytical chemistry lab (semiconductor fab experience huge bonus).
Qualifications
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
- Singaporean / PR preferred.
Skills
- Hands-on with ICP-MS, ICP-OES, IC, titration.
- Cleanroom gowning & protocol.
