Assistant Asset Manager – Semiconductor Cleanroom MEP & Facilities
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation & maintenance of cleanroom MEP (chillers, AHU, scrubbers, hook-up, power, gas)
- Oversee service contractors & EHS/5S compliance
- Run PM/CM schedules & quality checks
- Coordinate incidents, accidents & near-misses reporting
- Review & update SOPs, documents, energy reports
- Support new projects, hook-up & D&B packages
- Monthly performance reports & stakeholder meetings
Requirements
Education
Bachelor in Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical or related
Experience
5+ years total + 2+ years semiconductor cleanroom facility management
Qualifications
- Basic English (reading/writing for reports)
- C/R hook-up & D&B experience big plus
Skills
- Strong coordination & contractor management
- Detail-oriented with EHS mindset
- Work independently & proactively
