Job Title

Assistant Editor – Scientific Journals

Responsibilities

  • Manage manuscript workflow from submission to publication.
  • Invite & coordinate peer reviewers.
  • Communicate professionally with authors & editors (email-heavy).
  • Ensure deadlines & quality standards met.
  • Support journal development & special issues.
  • Handle author queries & revisions.
  • Basic admin (reports, database updates).

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Materials, Medicine, Ecology, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related.

Experience

Zero experience needed – fresh graduates strongly encouraged.

Qualifications
