Job Title
Shop Welder – MCAW/FCAW/SMAW (Structural & Custom Fabrication)
Responsibilities
- Weld structural steel, plate & custom pieces (MCAW primary, FCAW, some SMAW)
- Read & interpret blueprints/technical drawings
- Set up welding equipment & perform quality checks
- Ensure welds meet CWB & industry standards
- Work with variety of materials in shop environment
- Follow strict safety protocols & contribute to clean shop
Requirements
Experience
Proven MCAW/FCAW welding in fabrication shop

- CWB ticket or equivalent experience strong asset
