Job Title
Hardware Support Technician I – Pre-Market Consumer Electronics (Temporary)
Responsibilities
- Receive, inventory & manage high-value hardware assets
- Perform hardware reworks (board/chip swaps, screw removal)
- Software reworks (imaging, data wipe, hardware ID rewrite)
- Servo flashing, firmware upgrades, unsigned image flashing
- Document defects & support ticket resolution
- Assist with event tech support (travel required)
- Follow strict safety & quality protocols
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or above
Experience
0–2 years (internships & hands-on tech projects count)
Qualifications
- Good spoken & written English
- IT-savvy with interest in new tech
Skills
- Basic hardware troubleshooting & assembly
