- Collect, prepare & test juice/wine samples with automated instruments
- Accurately report results via LIMS & other systems
- Maintain clean, organised & safe lab environment
- Support winemakers & viticulture with timely data
- Work extended hours during vintage
- Follow protocols & ensure quality standards
Requirements
Education
Winemaking or science-related degree (preferred)
Experience
