Apartment Cleaner – Residential Communities (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Clean entrances, elevators, halls, laundry & garbage rooms, amenity spaces.
• Full clean & touch-up of vacant suites.
• Interior/exterior garbage pickup.
• Assist snow removal & minor painting.
• Inventory management & equipment checks.
• Occasional support at other sites.

Requirements

Education

No formal qualification needed.

Experience

Minimum 2 years cleaning (residential/commercial preferred).

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence + reliable vehicle.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Skills

• Physically fit – lift up to 90 kg with equipment, on feet 8 hrs.
