Job Title
Assistant Quality Assurance Manager – Consumer Safety & Compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead Taiwan-specific projects for consumer safety & product superiority
- Ensure compliance with local regulations & Unilever standards (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics)
- Manage technical/quality agreements for sourcing & third-party manufacturing
- Oversee third-party re-packers/assemblers (self-assessments, KPIs, visits)
- Resolve technical issues with suppliers & customers
- Support innovation, change management & incident reporting
- Drive continuous improvement from marketplace data
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 5 years in quality assurance (FMCG/food preferred)
Qualifications
- Food science & microbiology knowledge essential (HACCP, chemistry a plus)
- Fluent Mandarin & good English
