Technician – Luggage Repair & After-Sales Service
Responsibilities
- Repair & service assigned RIMOWA cases per guidelines
- Examine cases for damage & cross-check with supervisor
- Perform thorough QC & cleaning before handover
- Handle cases with care to avoid new damage
- Consult on non-repairable cases & inventory needs
- Maintain tidy, safe workshop & equipment
- Support team efficiency & continuous improvement
Requirements
Education
Secondary school or higher
Experience
Repair/technical work (luggage, watches, jewellery, leather goods preferred)
Qualifications
- Singapore citizen/PR/valid work pass
- Comfortable with rostered shifts
Skills
