Responsibilities
- Preventive & corrective maintenance of M&E systems
- Daily premises inspections & building round checklists
- Attend tenant work orders & emergency breakdowns
- Manage term contract servicing & pest control coordination
- Monitor utilities consumption & stock materials
- Ensure compliance with building/fire safety regulations
- Participate in Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)
Requirements
Education
NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience
M&E maintenance (hospitality/building preferred)
