Senior Associate/Assistant Manager – Passenger Experience & Capacity Optimisation
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth capacity assessments & optimisation at key touchpoints (check-in, security, immigration, boarding).
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to implement change & resource allocation.
- Lead sensor data analytics use cases to drive ground operational enhancements (large datasets, problem-solving, decision-making).
- Explore & innovate wayfinding/communication tools (digital signage, apps, physical cues) to influence passenger behaviour.
- Collaborate across teams to improve flow, reduce wait times & elevate experience.
Requirements
Education
Good Bachelor’s degree (any discipline – data/analytics/design-related advantage).
Experience
2–3 years relevant (capacity planning, data analytics, passenger flow, wayfinding, or cognate fields preferred – fresh graduates welcome).
Qualifications
- Singaporean / PR.
- Strong English (written & presentation).
