Hardware Support Technician I – Pre-Market Consumer Electronics
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory & assets (receipt, disposition of hardware)
- Document defects in pre-mass production hardware/software
- Perform hardware reworks (board/chip swaps, screw removal)
- Execute software reworks (imaging, data wipes, hardware ID rewrites)
- Assist with servo flashing, firmware upgrades & unsigned images
- Resolve device support tickets & troubleshoot issues
- Provide technical support during events (travel required)
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Education
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Experience
0–2 years related experience/training (entry-level welcome)
