Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform high quality welding and fabrication on marine vessels and structures including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency in various welding procedures and techniques, handling different types of welding with ease.
  3. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
  4. Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, reporting any defects immediately.

What You Need to Qualify

A minimum of two years of industry experience demonstrating strong adaptability in various work environments is required. You must be a certified boilermaker holding a recognised trade qualification.
