Responsibilities
- Weld pressure piping using SMAW/GMAW/FCAW/GTAW/SAW
- Fit up, bridge tack & prepare joints
- Join/sever metals in beams, girders, vessels & components
- Follow welding procedures & specifications
- Assist with routine maintenance & repairs
- Maintain tools & work area safely
Requirements
Qualifications
- Registered Welder Apprentice (Alberta or interprovincial)
- Valid driver’s licence & clean 3-year abstract
Safety Tickets
- CSTS 09 or CSO
- ESC Fire Watch, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Aerial Work Platform
- Basic Rigging
