Job Title
Assembly Technician – Precision Optics & Mechanical
Responsibilities
- Assemble mirrors, prisms & lenses per APS & drawings
- Use tools (tweezers, syringe pump, torque, microscope) to build & inspect
- Package assemblies to quality standards
- Perform QC, cleaning & documentation for traceability
- Maintain 6S housekeeping & workshop discipline
- Follow SOPs, safety rules & highlight issues
- Support FAT projects, repairs & improvement programs
Requirements
Education
GCE ‘N’ Level or Technical Certificate
Experience
Minimum 3 years in assembly production (optics/mechanical preferred)
Qualifications
- Able to interpret mechanical assembly drawings
- Good spoken & written English
