Job Title
Cleanroom Technician – Ultra-Pure Container Assembly & Testing
Responsibilities
- Assemble & test high-purity chemical drums, IBCs and PFA containers in Class 100 cleanroom
- Helium leak test, particle count, TOC analysis
- Follow strict SOPs, gowning protocols and ESD rules
- Record data in SAP & MES systems (English/Chinese)
- Daily cleanroom housekeeping & 5S
- Equipment PM & calibration support
Requirements
Education
University/Technical college degree (chemical, mechanical, materials, electronics, chemistry all OK)
Experience
Cleanroom experience a plus – fresh grads with strong attitude welcome
Qualifications
- Good English reading ability (SOPs & training materials)
- Able to wear full cleanroom bunny suit 8–10 hrs
Skills
- Detail-obsessed, zero tolerance for contamination
- Comfortable with precision tools & measurement equipment
