Responsibilities
- Perform standard Tier I/II procedures (wafer measurement, PM, wet cleans).
- Disassemble/clean/rebuild kits for quality.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues & assist seniors with corrective maintenance.
- Use diagnostic tools & documentation.
- Maintain cleanroom protocols & safety standards.
- Support yield & performance optimisation.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering background preferred – any discipline considered).
Experience
No requirement – fresh graduates (NCG) welcome (semiconductor/equipment experience advantage).
Qualifications
- Eligible to work full-time in Taiwan.
- TOEIC 400+ (or equivalent English proficiency).
- Willing to work rotating shifts & OT.
Skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving.
