Data Entry Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Smash data into spreadsheets fast & accurate.
  • Update client contracts, royalties, deadlines.
  • Work full-time (40 hrs) or part-time/contract (20–35 hrs).
  • Verify numbers and text match source docs.
  • Organize digital files & folders.
  • Spot & fix errors before anyone notices.
  • Pull simple reports for the team.
  • Keep everything confidential.
  • Mostly remote – occasional office days.
  • Jump on Slack/Zoom when needed.

Requirements

Education

None – O/N-levels or higher fine.

Experience
