Job Title
Electrician – Fixed Plant Maintenance (8/6 FIFO)
Responsibilities
- Planned & breakdown maintenance on crushing, screening, conveyors, HPGR, mills, CIL.
- HV/LV switching, motors, VSDs, instrumentation.
- Fault-finding PLCs & control systems.
- Statutory electrical testing & inspections.
- Shutdown execution & call-outs.
- Complete digital work orders & safety paperwork.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III Electrotechnology + WA A-Grade Electrical Licence.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years post-trade in mining/processing plants (crushing experience preferred).
Qualifications
- WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence (essential).
- HV switching ticket.
- CPR/LVR, First Aid.
- Confined Space & Working at Heights.
- Rio/BHP/FMG inductions a bonus.
Skills
- Expert fault-finding on fixed-plant electrical.
