This Technician job at JLL is a full-time on-site factory facilities role inside a high-tech manufacturing plant (likely semi/fab) in Taoyuan. Responsibilities
- Daily patrol & PM on chillers, CDA, PCW, exhaust, waste water.
- Fix breakdowns within SLA.
- Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 + occasional OT/on-call.
- Supervise vendors & contractors.
- Push energy-saving & cost-down projects.
- Update SOPs & ISO documents.
- General affairs (canteen, dorm, shuttle support).
- Safety & environmental compliance.
- Root-cause abnormal events.
- Keep plant 24/7 running.
Requirements
Education
College or vocational (mechanical/electrical/refrigeration).
Experience
1+ year factory facilities (high-tech or semi preferred).
Qualifications
- Legal to work full-time in Taiwan.
- Class B boiler, waste-water, or high-pressure gas licence = bonus.
Skills
- Hands-on with pumps, valves, motors.
- Read P&ID & electrical drawings.
- Communicate with engineers & vendors.
- Detail-obsessed & honest.
- Physically fit for plant rounds.
Knowledge
- Cleanroom systems (CDA, N2, PCW, scrubbers).
