Job Title

Hardware Support Technician I – Pre-Market Consumer Electronics

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory & assets (receipt, disposition of hardware)
  • Document defects in pre-mass production hardware/software
  • Perform hardware reworks (board/chip swaps, screw removal)
  • Execute software reworks (imaging, data wipes, hardware ID rewrites)
  • Assist with servo flashing, firmware upgrades & unsigned images
  • Resolve device support tickets & troubleshoot issues
  • Provide technical support during events (travel required)
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Education

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

Experience

0–2 years related experience/training (entry-level welcome)

Qualifications
