Job Title

Housekeeping/Laundry Aide – Long-Term Care (Part-Time Evenings)

Responsibilities

• Clean & disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas
• Vacuum, mop, dust, spot clean walls/windows
• Collect/dispose waste & recyclables
• Sort, wash, dry, fold & deliver resident laundry
• Deep clean & seasonal tasks as scheduled
• Report maintenance issues & restock supplies
• Follow strict infection control & safety protocols

Requirements

Education

Grade 10 or equivalent

Experience

Any cleaning/laundry (healthcare/hotel preferred – training provided)

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Canada
• Basic English reading/writing

Skills

• Physically fit – lifting, bending, on feet for shift
• Attention to detail & hygiene standards
