Job Title

Manufacturing Technician II – Semiconductor Equipment Build & Test

Responsibilities

  • Assemble & wire ultra-high vacuum chambers, gas lines, RF systems
  • Torque, leak-check, functional test with He detectors & diagnostic software
  • Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, vacuum & RF issues
  • Use DMM, oscilloscope, vacuum pumps, leak detectors daily
  • Complete English SAP build records & test reports
  • Material handling & forklift in cleanroom when needed

Requirements

Education

High school + technical diploma or equivalent military/industry training

Experience

1–2 years semiconductor equipment, vacuum systems or precision assembly

Qualifications

  • Read & follow English schematics/SOPs
  • Full cleanroom gowning 8–10 hrs standing

Skills

  • Precision torque, crimping, multimeter, leak detection
  • Methodical, detail-obsessed, zero shortcuts
