Nursery Trainee – Certificate II Horticulture (12-Month Paid Traineeship)
Responsibilities
- Propagate from seed & cuttings, potting, pruning, watering
- Grow & maintain advanced trees & native plants
- Operate nursery equipment (forklift, tractors when trained)
- General nursery duties – weeding, cleaning, stock movement
- 1 day/week TAFE + 4 days on-site training
Requirements
- 15+ years old, no longer at school (or completed Year 9 with approval)
- Australian citizen or eligible to work in Australia
- Physically fit for outdoor manual work
- Passion for plants & horticulture
- Willing to get Class C licence
