Job Title
Production Technician – F11 Photolithography (ME Prod. PH)
Responsibilities
- Operate & monitor advanced photo tools (ASML scanners, coaters, developers).
- Load/unload wafers & handle material in yellow-light cleanroom.
- Log events, respond to alarms, escalate issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting & recovery.
- Maintain tool uptime & line stability.
- Follow strict SOPs & discipline protocols.
- Shift handover & communication with engineers.
Requirements
Education
Senior high school or vocational diploma (electronics/mechanical preferred).
Experience
0–2 years cleanroom or production line (fresh grads welcome – training provided).
Qualifications
- Eligible to work full-time in Taiwan.
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
- Comfortable in full cleanroom gown (bunny suit).
Skills
- Steady hands & high discipline.
- Basic computer & data entry.
- Team player with calm attitude.
- Fluent Mandarin + basic English.
Knowledge
