Job Title
Production Test Technician 3 – WFE Assembly & Test
Responsibilities
- Set up test equipment & fixtures for multiple WFE product lines.
- Calibrate circuits, components, mechanical assemblies to spec.
- Run leak checks, resistance/voltage/continuity tests.
- Log data, update SAP BOM/Configuration Editor.
- Identify & document NCIs, coordinate fixes.
- Troubleshoot process/equipment issues.
- Support safe operations with PPE & LOTO.
Requirements
Education
Associate’s degree, technical diploma, or equivalent military training in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
Experience
2–4 years in semiconductor capital equipment testing or equivalent manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work full-time in Taiwan.
- Willing to work 12-hour fast-paced shifts.
- Proficiency in English (written/verbal).
Skills
- Use hand tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, leak detectors.
- Read schematics & troubleshoot circuits.
- Accurate data entry in SAP & MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving & attention to detail.
Knowledge
- Semiconductor WFE assembly & testing.
- Electrical/mechanical calibration procedures.
