Job Title
Senior Lab Assistant / Lab Technician – Calibration Lab (電性 + 機械性)
Responsibilities
- Calibrate multimeters, scopes, power analyzers, torque/force gauges daily.
- Follow SOP & ISO-17025 procedures exactly.
- Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30 + rare Saturday OT.
- Write Chinese & English calibration certificates.
- Maintain equipment & calibration records.
- Answer customer technical questions.
- Lab 5S & regular internal audits.
- Support TAF/ilac-MRA accreditation work.
- Help with new equipment validation.
- Zero customer complaints mindset.
Requirements
Education
College or above – EE, ME, Physics, Instrumentation.
Experience
1+ year calibration or testing lab (fresh grads with strong hands-on skills considered).
Qualifications
- Legal to work full-time in Taiwan.
- Good Chinese + basic English (reports & emails).
Skills
- Use Fluke 5522A, 8588A, Keysight 3458A confidently.
- Excel formulas & Word report templates fast.
- Super careful with numbers & units.
- Communicate clearly with customers.
- Love tidiness & routine.
Knowledge
- DC/LF electrical & mechanical measurement principles.
- Uncertainty calculation basics.
- ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- TAF/CNLA calibration items a bonus.
