Pay is $34–$42/hr (real $85k–$110k+ year with regular OT) + full benefits day-1, RRSP match, tool allowance, paid training, and the pride of welding pieces that millions of people see daily. Monday–Friday days with optional Saturday OT at 1.5×. Job Title
TIG Welder – Precision Stainless (Architectural Water Features)
Responsibilities
- Mirror-finish TIG on 316 stainless 7GA–22GA daily
- Fuse & filler welds on custom nozzles, jets, manifolds
- Read complex water-feature prints & weld symbols
- Plasma cut, press-brake form, grind to zero defects
- Cosmetic welds – every piece is visible in final install
- Help prototype new fountain tech
Requirements
Experience
3–5 years precision TIG stainless (cosmetic/architectural preferred)
Qualifications
- Must pass in-house weld test: flat & T-joint 16GA + custom 20GA fuse/filler
- Read complex shop drawings fast
Skills
- Lay perfect beads on thin-gauge that look like glass
- Zero pinholes, zero discoloration
- Work clean in a showpiece shop
