Warehouse Assistant – Order Data & Admin Support
Responsibilities
- Daily sync & verify online fresh food orders (categories, quantities, addresses, special requirements)
- Filter & feedback abnormal orders (out-of-stock, duplicates, errors)
- Manage warehouse team attendance records & overtime
- Support inventory counts & discrepancy verification
- Assist supervisor with operation ledgers & admin tasks
- Real-time order queries for warehouse & CS teams
Requirements
Education
Secondary school or higher
Experience
1–2 years warehouse/order processing (fresh food/FMCG a plus)
Qualifications
- Singapore citizen/PR/valid work pass
- Good spoken & written English/Chinese
Skills
- Strong attention to detail & data accuracy
- Excel & basic admin software
