Job Title
Precision Welder – TIG/MIG (Stainless, Aluminum, Copper)
Responsibilities
- Mirror-finish TIG & cosmetic MIG daily
- Weld enclosures, busbars, chassis, racks from prints
- Grind/deburr to exact tolerances
- Assist robotic weld cells
- Keep booth & logs immaculate
Requirements
Education
High school + welding training or 3–5 years proven experience
Experience
3–5 years precision/cosmetic TIG & MIG (sheet metal preferred)
Qualifications
- Legal to work in Canada
- Own basic hand tools
Skills
- Lay perfect beads on 16-gauge stainless & 0.040″ aluminum
- Read complex drawings & weld symbols fast
