Job Title

Class 2 Transport Driver & Class 5 Transport Driver – Car Carrier (New Lynn Depot)

Responsibilities

• Drive 3-car (Class 2) or 5-car semi (Class 5) transporters
• Load/unload vehicles safely with ratchet straps
• Local Auckland runs + occasional Hamilton/Tauranga day trips (Class 2)
• Mix of local & linehaul (incl. overnight Wellington/Palmy – Class 5)
• Daily truck checks, logbooks, tablet POD system
• Keep truck & yard tidy
• General yard/workshop support when needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• Current NZ Class 2 or Class 5 licence (clean)
• Ratchet strapping & car transporter experience

Experience

Vehicle transport/car carrier (trailer experience big plus for Class 2)

Skills

• Physically fit – safe loading/unloading all day
• Strong situational awareness around vehicles
• Reliable, punctual & safety-focused
• Comfortable with tablets & logbooks
