Responsibilities
- Pack fish steaks, fillets, or whole fish into cans quickly.
- Do light cutting with company scissors when needed.
- Check fish for defects to keep quality top-notch.
- Weigh and record fish quantities for production logs.
- Keep the workspace clean as a whistle, no mess.
- Follow daily production quotas set by the boss.
- Stick to food safety and hygiene rules, no shortcuts.
- Help with boxing or packaging fish for shipping.
- Work with the team to keep the plant running smoothly.
- Flag any gear or quality issues to supervisors fast.
- Handle fish carefully to avoid waste, lah.
- Pitch in with cleaning tasks at shift’s end.

Requirements
