Pace Farm, one of Australia’s largest and most respected family-owned egg producers, is hiring reliable, hardworking Shed Hands for their modern layer farm in Kinglake West – monitor bird health & welfare, feed & water systems, clean sheds to biosecurity standards, manual handling, forklift operation (training provided), and support daily operations in a clean, well-equipped facility while earning attractive hourly rate (industry $28–$35/hr depending on experience) + super, PPE supplied, ongoing training, career progression, and the stability of working for a company that’s been feeding Australia since the 1970s. 4 days on / 4 days off rotating roster (12-hour shifts), full-time permanent.
