Responsibilities

• Cut and measure timber for trusses and wall frames with your crew.
• Nail, clamp, or glue parts together to match design specs.
• Use tools like circular saws and drills every day.
• Keep the workshop tidy and safe for everyone.
• Check builds to make sure they’re spot-on before shipping.
• Lift lumber up to 25kg with teammates as needed.
• Read basic plans to get the job done right.
• Help put together small builds like storage bins.
• Stick to safety rules to keep accidents at zero.
• Restock materials and organize tools for quick work.
• Pick up new tricks from team leads to level up.
• Let supervisors know about busted gear or low stock.
• Jump in on group efforts to hit daily targets.
• Clean up the shop at shift’s end for a fresh start.
• Switch between tasks like sanding or assembling as needed.

Requirements

Education

High school certificate or equivalent preferred.

Experience

1-2 years in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing is a plus.
